  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Products that are not eligible for return include:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components.
  • Personal-use products where hygiene or safety standards prevent return (if applicable).

Return Process

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Once approved, the item will be picked up or shipped back to us as instructed.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Approved refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be returned in cash at the time of product pickup or via a suitable agreed-upon method.
  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to process after approval.

Exchanges

If you prefer, we may replace a defective or damaged product with the same item (subject to availability). If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

International Returns
